5 سنوات على عودة طالبان.. ما حال نساء وفتيات أفغانستان؟

وثقت الامم المتحدة ومنظمات حقوقية الانتهاكات صد نساء افغانستان على مدار 5 سنوات الماضية

Over the past five years, the UN and human rights organizations have systematically documented atrocities against Afghan women.

عدوا على أيديكم، فحجم الانتهاكات أكبر من أن يستوعبه عقل سليم !!

The scale of these violations defies belief:

• مقتل 231 امرأة وفتاة تحت حكم طالبان
• معدلات انتحار النساء أرقاماً تفوق الرجال، نتيجة الضغط النفسي الشديد والعزلة التامة عن الحياة
• حرمان أكثر من 2.4 مليون فتاة من التعليم.
• منع النساء من العمل، ما أدى لفقدان مئات الآلاف لوظائفهن.
• فرض قوانين تحظر رفع صوت المرأة في الأماكن العامة وفرض تغطية الوجه والجسد وفق قواعد طالبان الصارمة.
• 231 women and girls killed under Taliban rule.
• Female suicide rates have surpassed those of men, driven by acute psychological distress and total social isolation.
• Over 2.4 million girls banned from education.
• Systematic workforce bans, stripping hundreds of thousands of their livelihoods.
• Draconian edicts banning women’s voices in public and mandating head-to-toe coverings.

         ليس هذا وحسب، وإنما أيضا: 

• حظر التنقل بدون “محرم”.
• ترسيخ الولاية القانونية المطلقة للزوج، وتجريم الاعتراض الحقوقي، وتشريع زواج الأطفال.
• إلغاء “وزارة شؤون المرأة” واستبدالها بـ “وزارة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر”
• تفكيك “قانون القضاء على العنف ضد المرأة”، وإغلاق المحاكم المتخصصة والملاجئ الآمنة للناجيات من العنف.
• Freedom of movement banned without a male guardian (Mahram).
• Absolute spousal guardianship institutionalized, child marriage legalized, and human rights advocacy criminalized.
• The Ministry of Women’s Affairs abolished and replaced with the “Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.”
• The Elimination of Violence Against Women (EVAW) law repealed, accompanied by the closure of specialized courts and women’s shelters.

بعد 5 سنوات، الصدمة أن العالم ما زال صامتًا أمام محو هوية ملايين النساء الأفغانيات؟ 

Five years on, the shocking reality remains: the world watches in silence as the identity and basic rights of millions of Afghan women are systematically erased.
