Osama Issa spent five years navigating newsrooms and traditional media locally and regionally, a period that exposed him to the principles and ethics of the profession. However, instead of falling in love with tradition, he chose to connect with the street and align with the demands of digital media. Eager to create a media environment characterized by freedom, independence, and creativity, Shezomedia became his project and dream—a platform through which he expresses issues of freedoms and human rights with a modern and simplified approach. It provides a space for content creators who share his vision, values, and goals

Old photographs capture the present from memories and moments in their world, and a talented person like Noor Sous cannot overlook the integration of image and meaning. While dark corners may hide, Noor's light illuminates them to rescue details overlooked by the camera lens, aided by her sensitive eyes for beauty. We celebrate the experience she has gathered between university walls and local studios, as circumstances brought her together with the platform's issues, which reflect much of what Noor has believed in since 2022.

hamoodeh Mekkawi has been a longtime friend of the platform's journey since the launch of the "Schizophrenia" program in 2017. His expertise as a journalist specializing in refugee affairs adds a deeper dimension to our human rights approaches. This experience has not distracted him from the intricate details of production management. His complex charisma, combined with his acting talent, brings forth countless faces and stories collected from the rural areas, deserts, and cities of Jordan

Bushra describes life as a maze. She strives to convince us that human life is more of an adventure than a pre-planned journey. However, we question this narrative given the inspiring story she has professionally managed as an Eastern woman. She has dedicated herself to gaining a wealth of knowledge from books and a great deal of freedom while remaining true to her heritage. This remarkable balance enables her to excel in her role as a behavioral and psychological counselor for her students at Al-Ahliya and Al-Mutran schools, as well as in creating female-centric content for Shezomedia This is precisely what we aim for to maintain a balanced presence on social media platforms, which Bushra has been overseeing since the platform's inception in 2021.

Ayman subscribes to the idea that politics is the art of the possible. As a young person interested in political affairs, his eight-year volunteer journey with the Crown Prince Foundation has led him to conclude that civic engagement and contributing to positive change oscillate between what is possible and what is hoped for. Thus, he joined the Shezomedia family, believing it to be a viable platform for influence and awareness-building. Combining his natural talent in writing and public speaking with his expertise in project coordination and initiative planning, Ayman remains committed to the values of freedom and human rights as ethical principles shared with the platform.
Ayman Ghanymein has 4 years of experience in initiative and project planning
Mirna tries to balance several challenging issues. Not only is she a political science specialist and researcher in Middle Eastern affairs, but she also strives to master multiple languages such as English, French, and Hebrew. Despite this, she remains passionate about Arabic music, enjoying artists like Kazem Al-Saher and Marwan Khoury. Therefore, we decided to support her in coordinating these interests, allowing her to serve as an assistant for partnerships and projects, as well as a content presenter at Shezomedia, where journalism, politics, and art intersect.
"Ghasha" is the name of the graduation project that Farah presented two years ago during her final stage to obtain her bachelor's degree in photographic arts from the University of Damascus. In this project, she focused her lens on the suffering of women in our Arab societies. This title led us to eagerly review her resume when she visited our offices in Amman, opening a new chapter of our shared passion for visual and audio content, and above all, our common cause of advocating for women's rights in Jordan and the region.
Farah Al-Najjar – 2 years of experience in design
baraa understands that writing is an indictment, and despite the gloves he wears in the theater of writing, all evidence points to his deliberate and repeated involvement in this craft for eight years across the fields of cinema and media in Jordan and the Arab world. His joining Shezomedia is a natural outcome of his experience; the convicted writer enjoys being near others who are also "convicted" in different creative circles.
